Welcome back, everyone. It's been a while since we've updated you, so today we wanted to give you guys a market snapshot year in review for 2014. Here's what's been happening in the Twin Cities: - Inventory was low throughout 2014. We are still sitting at around 3-4 months, putting us in a seller's market
- Our average days on market was 78 days in 2014, down 5 days from 2013
- Team Winegarden's average days on market is sitting at just 45 days. We are able to generate these results through both our pricing and marketing
- Our average sale price increased to $252,000 this year. We expect that number to rise again this year, which is great news if you are looking to sell your home
- Interest rates stayed near 4% throughout the year, and we expect them to stay near that level until later in the year
