So you’ve just listed your house, and now you’re waiting to schedule your first showings. When can you expect that to start happening? When is an appropriate time to hit the panic button if no one’s reached out to you yet?

The answer is right away; because of our market’s low inventory levels, you should be getting showings immediately—without fail. So, to avoid hearing crickets after you list, consider the following:
