How Erik helped Rick sell his home in 5 days

"The results are almost unbelievable. We thought we were going to be stuck with this house for some time. It was up in Maplewood in St. Paul and I live in the Phoenix area, so I was going back and forth trying to redo it. I listed with Erik on the 26th of January, which was on a Monday. By Wednesday we had at least 46 people go through the house. Each time someone would go through, we would get an email with a date and time of when they would go through the house, and they would follow up with a rating. By Wednesday evening, we had 3 offers on the house. Erik thought we should let everyone resubmit their offers and close on that Friday at noon. Two more higher offers came in by that Friday for more than the asking price. Two weeks later the closing took place, I couldn't believe it! Needless to say, I'm more than pleased and I highly recommend Erik, He was a pleasure to work with. He seemed to have a good feeling for the area the house was in. There was not a lot of homes for sale in that area and we could command a fair price and would beat the Spring rush for buyers if we listed in the first part of February, so we did list at the end of January.
