You're in for a special treat today, a double dose of Winegarden! Today we want to talk to you about our property management division here at Team Winegarden. We just wanted to give you some information on it, as well as some negatives and positives to managing homes and properties on your own and hiring a professional team to take it over for you.

What can a transaction coordinator do for you?

We have many important team members here at Team Winegarden. Today, we want to introduce you to someone you've probably spoken with but never seen: our main transaction coordinator, Kelly Johnson. Her roles include:

Taking all the transactions from purchase agreement to close.
Working with title-closers, loan officers, inspectors, and anyone else involved in the buying or selling of your property.
Basically, she plays a crucial part in getting the deal done.

Kelly is an important member of our team to be familiar with if you want a smooth buying or selling experience. She only asks one thing of you: communication. When she asks you a question during the process, it's probably for a good reason - the sooner you get back to her, the more likely she can keep you on track for an on-time closing. This is just something to keep in mind the next time you're working with us, as it's always easier to work with people you know and trust.
